2. Medical Disclaimer

All test results provided by Health MOT UK are supplied as laboratory values only. Results must be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional. You must not make changes to medication, supplements, or treatment regimes based solely on results received from Health MOT UK without first consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

Our services are not a substitute for medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

By booking our services, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, or that a parent or legal guardian has consented on behalf of a minor where applicable.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary.

5. Preparation

Some tests require fasting or specific preparation. We will advise you of any preparation requirements at the time of booking. Failure to follow preparation instructions may affect the accuracy of results and may require a repeat test at additional cost.

6. Results & Turnaround

Results are typically available within 24–48 hours of sample collection, though turnaround times may vary by test panel and laboratory. We do not guarantee a specific turnaround time. Results will be delivered securely by email.

7. Privacy & Data

We handle your personal and health data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Your data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver our service.

8. Liability

Health MOT UK's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the interpretation or use of laboratory results, or from any clinical decisions made on the basis of those results.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
